Terms and Conditions

Payment Schedule, Date Changes, Cancellation Policy, Service Bookings - Effective January 1, 2025.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking, be sure you have the correct number of guests selected as this has a bearing on the cost.

Documents required once booked: Completed Credit Card Authorization Form, Credit Card Proof & Government Issued Identification.

CHANGES

Date changes are allowed if booking is more than 30 days until check-in. Last minute changes only permitted if there is an Extenuating Circumstance (EC).

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All Accommodation bookings if cancelled more than 30 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable only if booking was paid in full, thereafter the booking is non-refundable.

All Service bookings are non-refundable.

SERVICES BOOKING TIMELINES

All services are prepaid, we suggest the latest you should book the following services are as follows to avoid disappointment, we do allow last minute service bookings but we can not guarantee availability.

Timing mentioned is prior to check-in:

~ Chef - 2 weeks

~ Menu & Prestock - 1 week

~ Massages, Birthday Package & Tours - 1 week

~ Airport Transfers - once flights are booked

~ Yacht - as early as possible
